Went there to buy some plastic piercing retainers for $30, then went back to put them in my daughters ears, the lady at essential beauty looked at them before opening the bag they were in and said they weren’t going to fit. When I took them back to get a refund the lady said that she couldn’t give me a refund because the bag had been opened. The bag hadn’t been opened yet, and what’s the difference if she had already touched them herself before putting them in the bag.Waste of $30 and waste of time

Amazing and friendly service, every visit i’m acknowledged and served as quick as possible. Staff are highly specialised in body jewellery, piercing care and exceeding customer expectations. 10/10 recommend

Very very rude woman, does not acknowledged me waiting to be served. After I said excuse me, she turned around a said I'm serving someone. It was a sociable chat. Never going back there again

Extensive knowledge about piercings and aftercare, wide range of jewllery, will help fit piercings if they have the time, small business so care alot for their customers, talented in knowing sizing and gauges for your piercings

Great selection despite always being sold out of most heavy gauge jewellery lol, they're obviously popular and I'm just not quick enough.Most times I've been there staff have been wonderful, but a couple members seem uninterested and made me feel like I was impeding on their time despite not having other customers around. Not necessarily rude, just unwelcoming and uncomfortable to talk to. Everyone has their bad days I suppose.

Amazing little kiosk at Mandurah, staff are always happy and ready to assist and have a great knowledge on different types of piercings and ways to care for the skin. Will a100% be back to buy more jewellery soon

This place is honestly so great! The staff are friendly and caring every single time I shop here, and have great knowledge. Prices are excellent with outstanding quality jewellery.They don’t just sell to make a buck, but are seriously helpful and so experienced!

Terrible service, staff member took my money (after I first said I’d only pay I’d she could put it in using pliers to hold- a 3 year established piercing) then made me wait for over half an hour serving others as she’d said there’s ‘no guarantee’ she could help me put the piercing in.She had no intention just wanted the sale. After asking for 5th time if she could help put it i she said yes come in. Of which I did and then stood there for another 20 mins while she served another customer. She was so busy, forgot I was there, again I stood stupidly for another 20 mins standing behind the counter, apparently she had no knowledge I was still waiting. I said ‘hey’ she said ‘You’re not meant to be here I’m calling security.’ Was shaken but left straight away.Have actually never been treated this way and still processing but it was very disappointing. Would like management to call me to discuss as I also gave my details
