We called with a dying puppy and the staff were absolutely no help whatsoever. Our boss has sent working dogs to this vet before, but because we personally hadn't been before they wouldn't see our dying puppy. Really disappointing.

8 months since they closed the practice doors because of a covid lock down. I was also informed that they couldn't do 1 day a week over here because they just didn't have the customer demand
