I visited JGFit for the first time today! Personal trainer Jacob was great! We got straight into it. Without a doubt, he and his partner know what they are doing! Definitely recommend them for fitness training!

Jacob is an amazing trainer helping his clients including myself hit their goals in a supportive manner. He has a passion for helping others that shows in the way he builds sessions to fit perfectly with everyone involved.He is joined by Zara who matches his passion for fitness and strength, they both take a genuine interest in their clients always following up on what is happening in their lives from chats the week or month before.They are the only two people that could make you not hate them personally after giving you burpees as a finisher.Always a friendly face and knowledgeable, informative sessions. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
