As a first time renovator I wasn't sure where to start with the designs and the council process.Macky was amazing, not only was I really happy with his design, he took all the stress of the application process away from me and dealt with it all.He was always efficient and professional and could not have been more helpful.I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

I am an owner builder do a half knock and rebuild on my single level residential dwelling. I am also rearranging bathroom/kitchen/laundry configuration. Macky did all my architectural drawings and liaised with Council to get the D.A. approved. This is my first time doing anything like this and Macky was my first port of call. From first contact Macky has provided an amazing customer service. He is polite, punctual, patient and listened to my position/requests before delivering the result I was after. I needed a Building Information Certificate (BIC) urgently. With very little time, Macky was able to produce plans and obtain information to be able to lodge the application for the BIC quickly. Macky is a truly decent bloke. He took a genuine interest in my plans and from the outset I had a great rapport with him. He made changes without any fuss and offered helpful suggestions. He is incredibly cheap for what he does but in no way is quality compromised. His connections were also excellent and fairly priced eg the surveyor and bushfire consultant. I paid him to look after the process from start to finish and in less than 3 months I had my plans drawn up, submitted and approved by council. Highly recommended!
