JADE GIVES GORGEOUS SERVICE.We had a warm greeting to start our night. The sequence of service at this venue is immaculate. Was constantly quality checking and ensuring we enjoyed our grazing board and drinks.Could not recommend more. Beautiful venue with the best roof top bar in the south east!

Great cocktail bar with a covered rooftop overlooking High St Berwick. Handy QR codes at the tables to order and pay for drinks, but you must bring your credit card to use that system. We made the mistake of not bringing our credit cards (we always use our phone to tap to pay) so we had to order and pay at the bar which isn't ideal. Good choice of cocktails ans spirits on the menu

Drinks were lovely. However, I was heavily disappointed to find that the upstairs bar ladies had closed the bar at 8:30 without doing a last call! That’s unacceptable. Thanks :)

Urban Reserve has a great atmosphere and excellent service. A special shout out to our waiter Ryan for being so personable and making our experience a great one. We will be back!

Cool spot to hang out in summer!! Wouldn’t go here for dinner as the food options are pretty limited. Drinks are pricey!!

Urban Reserve is a fantastic bar with a great atmosphere, delicious drinks, and fantastic service! Ryan, our server, was especially great - he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend checking this place out!
