She consults with me first and always takes into consideration my requests while adding her suggestions which always are tailored to suit me. She is very welcoming and easy to talk to. Char is so much more than a hairdresser, I trust her & respect her business ethics. She values me as a client and always gives 100% to me and my hair. My hair is healthy and impeccably done to my satisfaction. A lovely salon, on trend, in style, close to town, one on one service. Love it!

I have been coming to Char for a long time now. I have spent many years in Gladstone trying to find someone who will do what I want and not what they want. Can't tell you how many times I have come out a Hairdressers upset, but I have never had that happen with Char. She is lovely and takes the time to listen. Must admit when I am with her, I tend to chew her ear off, but she listens to me, bless her!!!!
