The most outrageously expensive access water charges , outranks our land rates now, soon be too expensive to have, pay rises cannot possibly keep up with the access water rates rise each year. Somebody must listen soon that some of the owners of houses in this area cannot support you, your prices are exorbitant to say the least.

Over $1200 per quart of water bill for one house, mater running fast as like rocket, how much water you get never matching run the number, it make Midcoast water rich fast.

They don't answer their phones or return their calls. Very non existent service.

First of all, they are very obliging when I ask for an extension on my Bill (which is about 1-2 weeks), and that is because of their exorbitant prices. $76 Water Access Charge, 254.75 Sew Connection and average water from $140 upwards to $281 last Bill. Actually using same water. But remember the rates go up every September. Rebate on all that for a Pensioner is $43.76 and that has been like that for years. How do Pensioners pay it - they go without. Better not whinge, the Bill is late this time. Rang three times and was told there is a glitch in the office. That wouldn't be in the NEW BUILDING, would it???
