Romario sold us our vacuum 6 months a beauty it is, the head has been a bit tricky, took it in today to have a look at. No hassle at all, Rhomar again with his outstanding customer service. His wonderful.

Was very disappointed to buy a turbo vacuum head for $80 to find the exact same one ( on many ebay stores) for half that price, you would expect a bulk buying franchise to offer a fair priceNever again

I just had a wonderfull shopping experience at Godfrey's Shepparton with Rhomar. He was so helpful with my question, didn't hurry me at all and was so gracious in his manner. Great service, not found so often these days. I would so recommend this store.
