Very prompt efficient service

We engaged Shane Rolfe for our bathroom and laundry renovation. We did initially get four different quotes from different contractors and the reason why we chose to go with Shane was due to his excellent communication (answering all of our many questions), his knowledge, expertise and the cost. Shane was the only contractor, when providing a quote that actually walked through it all and spent the time going through everything, from the renovation itself to each product - We appreciate all the small details.We were truly blown away with the whole process, from when the renovation started to the end. The renovations were completed within the agreed timeframe and Shane took time out on his weekends to check-in with us along the way. Shane and the team were also able to do some additional work we wanted done whilst the bathroom/laundry renovations were occurring.We truly couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Shane and his team! If we have any additional work, we will certainly contact Shane again!

Shane Rolfe Plumbing - Shane & Trudi Rolfe - did a complete renovation of our ensuite last month. This is the second bathroom renovation Shane has done for us and we are more than happy once again. From quoting for the job and giving us a start date, Shane and Trudi kept us informed and they arrived promptly on the day originally organised. They have a great group of different tradespeople working for and with them who are all polite, friendly, tidy and very skilled. The job involved more than completely gutting the ensuite as we took some space from an adjacent wardrobe to enlarge the bathroom. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks immaculate. We highly recommend this business.
