Beware renters: If you're renting through them ! make sure to get them to do the repairs done before you start the rental contract if there is any existing damage to the property you are going to rent.Or else they would deduct it from your bond money and there will be no response if you question.Took my $300 for already stained carpet and despite mentioning it in condition report.Wouldn't rent, buy or sell through them.(Sort to negative reviews first to learn about their professionalism reviewed by other customers)

There were some unexpected problems with the original buyer of the property however Paulette was able to seamlessly resolve the issue.
