The worst receptionist. Talks very rudely. Doesn’t listen. The sales people never return calls or messages. Christos showed me a property and said will email a link to apply but never got the email. Messaged him for the link but no response. Harcourts used to be a good real estate now they hired terrible people! A receptionist needs to be nice and sweet and talk politely when they answer the phone!

Positive experience. Andrew and his team are a breath of fresh air, after dealing with some other agents. Really providing a positive experience for a first home buyer and making me feel welcome, unlike other open homes I had been to. In doing so Andrew and his team had a successful auction day.

Phenomenal result from Andrew and the Harcourts Team. Meeting Andrew and deciding to sell our home with him was the best decision we ever made. It was very emotional to sell our family home of 23 years however Andrew was with us every step of the way. Not only did he explain a lot of the process which we were not entirely familiar with, but he was completely honest with us and our expectations, and did his best to exceed them. The selling of our home couldn’t have been any smoother, and you would be hard pressed to find a better realtor in Sydney.

Great support for a first home buyer. I got in touch with Ara when I was looking for an inspection appointment. We met at the house, he gathered my needs, and was able to point me to the right one. He has good stock, great awareness of what is available (and what is not) in the property, he puts all the facts in front of you and allows you to make the decision. He has been responsive throughout the process, and still lends a ear when I ring up with questions (after sale). Great support for a first-home buyer like me.Highly recommended.

I would like to say a big thank you to my property manager Maria Pambos. She is the most kind, patient and very helpful agent I have ever had. She was on top of repairs and if I needed her to contact the owner for anything she was very prompted. Nothing was ever a bother for her. She always had a beautiful smile and was always very helpful.
