A big thank you to Grant for first class service today! Yesterday afternoon I had a problem with my Spitwater pressure cleaner and dropped it off at OEM at close of business. Although they were closing for the day Grant took the time to identify the problem then and there. I knew it was a big ask to have it fixed asap as their repairs and maintenance team were fully book but Grant took the initiative and fixed it himself the following morning. Grant's proactive and can do" attitude saved me from having to reschedule clients."

Let me tell you Grant has really looked after us when purchasing new equipment. As a business that depends on reliable and robust equipment we were having issues with having to replace vacuum's every 3 months & pressure washers every 12 months.
