Great to deal with. No issues for a warranty claim, and it turned out it wasn't the alternator. Toyota need better mechanics when diagnosing issues.

Terribly slow. This is a business transaction, and we have been waiting months for an alternator. The first time it came back it failed. This is beyond a joke, and our customer is not impressed with us. The amount of lies and phone calls we have had from these guys waiting and waiting is ridiculous.
