WISE Employment Marrickville

Ive not worked for a number of years and reading the reviews of other agencies I hadn’t felt comfortable but found out that Wise were a not for profit which I loved. Nathan, Amy and Ashleigh were so brilliant and managed to find me a great job that I’m really happy with. The new team at Marrickville have been great! Bravo!

If i were to write down all the positive reviews i have for this place i would be here untill i am old and wrinkly but id like to point out some people who have stood out like Ashleigh, Skye, Joyce and Nathan who have gone above and beyond with not only making me feeling comfortable in the environment they are providing but also the support to pick myself back up again, to be a functioning person of society, showing me that is okay to have a disablility in the working world. i highly recommend WiseEmployment Marrickville and the staff as youll never feel like a number with their wonderful personalities and greetings

In the year I have been with Wise@Marrickvile, I have had more support in that time, than at any and all other Agency(ies) I ever dealt with. Here is an example from my own experience: within the first day of speaking with my Wise contact Natalia, I had applied for a role which involved- having a Police check- and I had help from Natalia with that as well, and within 1 2 weeks, I had started work at place, even moving on to a second job a bit later, that worked out pretty favorably- I was there for 6 months-Previous to that pt, I had been with a different place, unemployed for nearly 12 months, and after being at that place, Wise here did more for me than.. well, they were a World of Difference.Big Thank You" to; (in order of appearance)

What a fantastic team at Wise Marrickville ! I had not worked for 20 years & now I have a job that suits my life situation, a job I never thought was possible. I have been a client here for nearly 2 years I really enjoy the professional and courteous experience I get from the staff. Joyce and Tracey are always very receptive and understanding of my needs.I would recommend this organisation to anyone experiencing disability employment issues as the service is second to none!

This is the best employment provider I have ever worked with. The team are very supportive and I never felt they pressured me to apply for or accept a job that I thought was inappropriate for me. From working with Natalia doing job search to working with Joyce in post placement I had a great time during a difficult time. It was especially helpful being able to chat with someone about what made finding employment hard and getting encouragement to keep applying and value what I can do.

Rude. They never return calls. They do not keep promises, and they DO NOT care.Without their help, I ended up finding a job myself, as a car salesman, and became the top performing sales person within 3 months.They promised me a car washing job, and never followed up to get me the job they promised.Working in Sales and customer service myself, there are so many faults that the staff of this company need to address.They generally make you feel, like they think, that they are better than you.And there is nothing special about the staff here.They DO NOT care about you.
