If I could give zero stars I would . The worst service you’ll ever experience. I stood there for 10 minutes while three staff were swearing at each other in the office . Two other staff just walked past . Once the sales person finally decided to get off his chair he was rude, arrogant and had no idea.Don’t waste your time with these idiots.

I am very impressed with the very quick response to identifying problem and repairing my 3 phase bore pump within 2 hours of reporting failure on Monday 22 August 2022. The pump failed to pump water due to failure of non return valve on suction side of pump. The pump fills a tank which was nearly empty and other watering tasks. The pump was brought from and installed by Shenton Pumps about 18 years ago. I have used Shenton Pumps over last 25 years and am very pleased with consistent and prompt response.

Pool pump stopped working. The chap at Shenton took it straight to the workshop & 20 mins later, all fixed :) It needed a new capacitor & at a very reasonable price. The pump is 10 years old, so I was expecting to be told it needed to be replaced. Their honesty means I'll be back when it finally does pack-in for good.

Very knowledgeable staff and had the part l needed that others didn't have.

Related issues with water pump. Last visit quoted approx $60 to look at pump - cost $110. Counter staff member was rude and abrupt. I hasten to add this was only one staff member -others have been helpful.

Great range of bore and pool equipment at good prices.

I dropped by the Willetton store for a replacement spa blower. They had in stock. Price was comparable for what I found on online. They glued some 50mm adapters to save me the trouble and offered to dispose of my dead pump I was looking to replace. In summary, great customer service and price, highly recommend.

I required non-returning valve installation for my sprinkler system. I had called several reticulation services and John Shenton Pumps was the only one that able to come the next day with reasonable price quote. After several weeks my sprinkler system is working perfectly.1 star reduction for less friendly customer service over the phone (she will not let me finished my sentences before transferring my call to other department).1 star reduction for installer not coming on timely manner (2-3 hours early from scheduled time).

These guys are awesome. Dropped in yesterday afternoon to see if they could check out my bore pump. They inspected on the spot and found starter caps had failed. $47 later and and 15 minutes of their time and I'm a happy gardener again. Cheers boys.

Had to buy a new pump for my pool, went to the Midland branch and spoke with John who was very nice and helpful as to my enquiry. Went back into the branch to buy the pump and returned home with the wrong model - easy mistake. I delivered the wrong pump back to the store and was told that they do not have the pump I needed available.I found another store who was selling the correct pump at significantly less than Shenton Pumps which they were not interested in matching or helping to rectify suppling me with the wrong pump.Refund could not be done in Branch and was promised to be done by head office that day. I followed up with the head office later that afternoon and was told that said person had gone home for the day and I could not get my refund until the next day. Once again I was promised a call first thing in the morning which did not happen. I phoned the head office at 2.30pm the next day to ask where my refund was, but they had been too busy to call me.Overall a pretty frustrating 2 days dealing with these guys. Everyone makes mistakes but its how you rectify things that really make the difference. Also shop around, there are cheaper prices available.
