Great place to bring your shoes for a repair. Always done very nicely even those pairs which I had no hope for ( damaged heels mostly)Plus you always feel very welcome! I moved from neutral bay and still travel there to have my shoes repaired. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

George and Eva are bloody awesome. George did a fantastic job on reattaching a thick crossbody bag strap, as well as a very delicate designer bag strap. Come for the great service and reasonable pricing, stay for a chat. I have gone to George for key cutting, entire shoe sole replacements, bag repairs and so on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I took my boots to put a new heels and he made such a good job that looks much better than the original heels. He fixed the uneven heels, and the finishind is perfect. It was my first time with them, but probably it is not the last. Great work!

Alter your website to reflect the business hours displayed on the shop door. Very frustrating when people rely on the web to give accurate info.

We’ve gone to George for twenty years. He’s a lovely guy who does excellent repairs for extremely reasonable prices. Several times I’ve paid more than asked because I’ve seen how much time he’s put into repairing my not cheap shoes made with unusual materials & basically designed to be thrown out once the heels wore down. Does he ”make up prices”? Yes, in my experience, because most of my repairs were anything but routine and George hasn’t turned me away.

Some tough reviews here from others who I don't think quite understand this place. It's an old family business which has been here for 20+ years. Ive brought the same pair of boots back several times for sole and heel repairs and the work has been fantastic. This kind of business is a dying breed and I'm glad to support it

Misleading business hours - update your website!!My girlfriend dropped off some new shoes to be stretched out before her overseas trip to avoid blisters etc. Flying out first thing Friday morning, went to pick them up on Thursday afternoon, despite being advertised as open til 6pm, they were shut up completely by 5:30pm!Complete waste of time given the purpose was to have these for her trip.I picked these up Friday morning on her behalf and owner was disinterested with her grievance and proceeded to charge full price anyway!If you insist your hours are only til 5:30pm, do us all a favour and update your site so people can then plan ahead accordingly!Poor.

Went to get sole of my hubby’s boot glued. Next day at pick up I was charged $15(!) ....The guy simply made up a prize by looking to the ceiling, the door, the wall all while his finger was making circles in the air and he hummed, euhhh....mmmm...20....let me see...before giving me his final verdict of 15.Seriously, you’re making up a price right in front of me for the easiest repair, glueing a sole?Today he got my $15, but he lost $150 for tomorrow! As a family of four we are in need of shoe repairs quite often but not going back to this shop.FYI the gluing was medium done, at home I had to remove leftover glue.

Super friendly service, they turned my shoes around in 2hrs on a Saturday. Really happy with the work they did. I had the soles and heals repaired appears to be great quality!
