Pharmacist Dan was very empathetic and understanding towards me tonight. He magically compounded my medicine in an hour so I could start treatment right away. Dan has also looked after my husband who agrees that he is the best pharmacist his ever met. Thank you Dan, we appreciate how you’ve looked after us.

Such a shame it just takes a couple of ignorant, unprofessional and discourteous staff members to spoil the reputation of a business. I understand these are trying times for everyone, however the behaviour is not warranted and you should be embarrassed. After leaving the obnoxious and abrupt pharmacist with her sidekick, I attended another local pharmacy where my prescription was filled by a proficient and respectful pharmacist.

The worst pharmacy I've ever walked foot into, with arrogant and discriminatory staff who are clueless. Poor poor service. It's a miracle these people are running a business and dealing witn customers every day.

Came here for the 2nd time last week to pick up some shampoo and iburugast. It’s the most terrible retail service I’ve experienced! It was quite busy but I was looking for the products for about 5 minutes trying to make eye contact with someone but no one cared enough to even tell me they would be with me soon or ask me if I needed help. I ended up just walking out and going to another chemist. This is the 2nd time I’ve visited this chemist and both times staff were terrible!!
