Narregate Medical & Dental Centre

Ive been going to this clinic for over 5 years now, probably have seen most of the docs here and I must say this is the only clinic that has docs that actually care and will go above and beyond to assist you with any medical concerns. Could not recommend more! It's really hard to find a clinic where you're able to see multiple doctors without thinking twice. And the staff is doing a great job as well.

We've been patients of this practice for many years. In that time we've had 3 favourite goto family doctors and our current GP is awesome... the best yet! Extended hours plus easy access to pharmacy, pathology, and radiology services are an added bonus. The recent move to a $20 gap payment is very reasonable. Parking can be a challenge and the physical appearance could be improved, but we won't be changing anytime soon... unless our favourite Dr moved ;)

For an out of pocket clinic the wait time is absolutely disgusting (well over an hour), especially when you are required to book a specific timely consultation and are considerate of the time spent with the GP. It’s as if they’re booking patients for time slots that don’t exist. Zero compassion from the staff regarding those who are greatly inconvenienced. I’m on a pain management program and doctors will advise you book for a weeks time due to dangerous withdrawal symptoms and there won’t be any appointments available when you attempt to book, even a week in advance. There is zero care factor for patients well-being and health. Worst clinic I’ve ever attended.

Dr Kay is a real blessing for this medical centre. Well worth the wait times and difficult parking during the day. More staff at reception during the daywould help speed up the checking in process. But outside of that I am happy with my Doctor and the experience I receive when I need medical assistance from him.

The WORST medical clinic in the South East.Called at 7am for a Telehealth appointment as I could not visit the clinic due to Covid and was told to expect a call between 11am-12pm. Called again at 1pm and was told I was on the list and I would receive a call soon. Four hours later still no call. The line is always busy and I waited 48 minutes on the phone for it to time out. Honestly a joke, prioritise your patients, an entire days wait is unacceptable, will not be returning.

Blonde older pathologist was absolutely horrible. I’ve never had an experience like that. She almost refused service to my friend and I. We got a number and the people who came after us had the number after the number we had. She pretty much convinced herself that she had already served someone with the number we had. She caused a massive scene and was raising her voice at us. The people who were after us said we were next before them. After back and forth she only then said “fine”. I’m still at a loss for words and disgusted…

Doctors are great. I like that there are so many services in one place. Good availability of doctors for either in person or telephone appointments. Can be a wait for appointments, but this is not often the doctors fault if patients take longer or should have booked long spots etc….

I would highly recommend this clinic. The reception staff especially Sandra & Mary go above & beyond to make our experience there a smooth one. Today I saw Dr Tom - he always welcomes me with a broad smile & is very patient with all my questions.Thank you Narre Gate.

It's always a pleasure to deal with most of the staff and doctors at the Medical center. They go out of their way to help you fit in your appointments with the doctors scheduleds. They take time to listen and help out always.A special mention to Sandra who really goes out of her wayabove and beyond her job to help you. Keep up the great work Narre gate. Don't worry about the people with negative feedback. You just do your best.Enjoy the day.

Good variety of doctors, services, facilities updated.Wait times can be huge but worth it. Dr Tom is the best by far!!My only big issue is the phone line. It takes forever for someone to answer.
