A complete scam, charged over $600 for an emergency smoke alarm repair that could have been a $50 job. It should be illegal to overcharge this much to unsuspecting customers.

I called them and someone picked up the phone. They came on site when they said they would. I had surge arrester installed at a reasonable price. I can only hope that it will protect our house from lightning strikes surges in the future. Will call them again for any electrical needs and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Tom and Ibrahim did a smashing job upgrading the electrical panel so our house doesn't burn down, as well as installing two new electrical sockets and a ceiling fan.Tom cracked the best dad jokes as Ibrahim looked on and cringed, with both completing the job(s) to the highest standard. They were able to perform a challenging install that others said wasn't possible. There were obstacles in the way that Tom expertly navigated around. No short-cuts were made, they didn't rush, they were meticulous in their work and were careful not to destroy the surrounds unlike many.Thank you for a 5-star service. Who do you call? The Electrician!

Mark and his team were incredibly helpful, personable and professional. I am a single, young female with a mortgage so I was quite worried about the costs of changing downlights (which were essential), but the whole team were quick to put the worries to ease. They changed my halogen downlights, to LED and changed my dimmer and explained each step and why it was necessary. They also offered different options and explained what each meant so I felt supported the whole process. I am incredibly happy with the outcome and could not recommend a team more. Will definitely be using them with any further upgrades or installations!
