Promised me that they will wait me to pick up my cloths on Thursday at 5:30pm. When I got there at 5:30pm, the store has shut. Wasting my time on traveling to the place. Why wouldn’t you call the customers before you close the the store since you have left the customer’s mobile and promised you will wait them to come and pick up their cloths?

I had a dress shortened to a tunic /long top length. Alteration was very professional and beautifully finished. not just cut to length but shaped to be flattering. Great service from the 2 ladies and very fair price. Thanks!

Before I came there I had read a review that said the staff didn't give them time to think before making decision, instead it was the staff who tried to make the decision for them. And when I got there it happened to me too.When i tried thinking to make decision, the staff tried to distract me by complimenting something i was wearing. Luckily i was aware of what’s going on and i wasn't distracted. So i decided to look elsewhere.

I have been to Silver Pin once about two years ago and was very happy with the quality of work. However, this experience has been less than satisfactory. I dropped a dress off on Thursday and asked when I would like to pick it up, but before I could answer she asked Tuesday at 4pm?". It seemed a long time
