I have attended this chemist for a while now and never had a single issue until today. I was spoken to very disrespectfully just for going in to fill my scripts. They attempted to overcharge me for my medications. I was given dirty looks by all the female staff there this morning. It's okay in their eyes to treat customers with rudeness but you're not allowed to talk back to them or question them over anything.

Having an infant and a toddler makes any trip to the shops hard, add a sick infant/toddler to the mix and it’s a night mare. Having crook kids is horrible enough on it’s own. It’s painful watching them struggle.My lack of sleep and dwindling patience must have been obvious when I walked in the door to get a script because the staff were immediately soooo amazingly helpful.I couldn’t thank them enough, not only did they provide what I needed with out fuss they took some time to help me out and suggest a few other items that could help myself and and the kids back on our feet in no time.I can not recommend Steven and the team enough.

This is our local pharmacy and I visit this place whenever I need any Pharmaceutical Products. The staff is friendly and helpful.Recently I went there to get some prescribed medicines. I have a concession card and the amount I have to pay for most of the prescribed medicines are discounted under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). This is automatically calculated as my details are in the system.There were two prescriptions and the Pharmacist (I think she is new as I have not seen her before) completed the process and when I had to pay the items, I noticed that price of one of the items was much higher than what I paid about 2 weeks back (for the same product). I was told that the prices have gone up without checking whether any mistake has happened.At home, after comparing the price with the item which I previously purchased (fortunately I had the container/box with the price details), I found that I was charged the full price (without PBS benefit) much higher than the discounted price. Mistakes can happen but I wonder why one item was calculated with the discount and one without during a single (selling) process. After pointing out this to the staff, the price difference was refunded and also apologised for the mistake.I think the staff/pharmacist need to take care when they are processing the sales, regardless whether a concession card involved or not.

Great staff, Friendly and helpful! Was waiting for a script to arrive but when i got to the shop it hadn't arrived yet so they offered to call me when it did arrive.
