Came up from Rockingham to buy a number of items. Sales staff were good, but management wouldn't sell me the receiver I wanted because the stock was quarantined due to a stocktaking issue. Despite this, the range of products is probably as good as it gets for RC plane stuff these days and I doubt there are many stores with a better selection.

What an awesome place. I walked in the door to a well set out shop. I started looking at the models and became quickly confused by the huge selection. I was floundering, then along came one of the friendly staff and gave me heaps of good information and advice that helped me make a choice. He then said that if I had any problems to come back and see them for help. Would definitely recommend these guys for any models you want to build.

Great hobby store with awesome range of items for all hobbies. One of the best in Perth.I go for miniature painting supplies and there's heaps of stuff here at good prices.

Been in a few times and had average service. Not necessarily bad but just not super interested.Just been served by Thomas and was very impressed with his service and knowledge. Definitely appears to be interested in the hobby and doesn't just push highest priced items but rather the ones he personally uses.As a fellow retail employee its refreshing to see someone younger (under 30s) actually have some enthusiasm and knowledge in there particular feild... and is unfortunately very rare.Keep it up man!

Bought a rc battery. Within 3 weeks dead. Charger fine . They wanted to charge me half price for new one!! Nope. So they replace it reluctantly and say no receipt and won't be replacing if it's dead! Consumer law says it will especially when it's recorded on cctv.Update: and it's dead again . Consistent with other reviewers
