My little old man needed a major service including surgery to remove benign lumps and teeth cleaning, Ernie and Annette took great care with him without charging an arm and a leg or trying to up sell unnecessary products and services, Vet care should be about care and compassion, this is the place you will find that .. 5 stars.

The staff at the Battery Hill Clinic are amazing. They're just as friendly as they are caring. Dr Mark McGinley went above and beyond with my Rotty Harley. Poor thing was not doing very well but sure enough, Dr Mark quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and Harley was taken into surgery. Harley is now on her way to a smooth recovery and we couldn't be happier! I can't thank you guys enough. 5/5 stars, definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional quality service when it comes to caring for your fur baby

We run Ultimate Pet Care Sunshine Coast, a local pet care business. I met Dr Ernie and his partner and Vet Nurse Annette a few years ago, and was extremely impressed by their caring attitude and professionalism. Since then Dr Ernie has looked after many of the animals we care for and he has been brilliant. He is also very reasonably priced - to him it is all about the welfare of the animals. As I look after lots of different animals, I often have questions and he is always happy to discuss any concerns I have with me over the phone. I really can't recommend him highly enough. It is very reassuring to have access to such an experienced and capable vet with over 40 years experience. We really appreciate all the helpful advice you and Annette have given us. Just sorry I can't give 10 stars!!

The team here are wonderful with my girl, quick and helpful and visits are in and out which is great! The service is always cheerful and helpful and we love going there!

All of the staff are great, from the admin staff to the veterinarians. Everyone is really knowledgeable and caring. Parking has never been an issue, and having a bakery and general store next door is nice if I have some spare time!

Treatment for my cats ears was causing a reaction. Vets solution was to sedate her and put the treatment in deeper. Not happy with that option, considering it was making all her skin peel off (not to mention sedation would be stressful for her). Vet didn't offer any other options or consider any alternative diagnosis. I made a decision to cease the treatment and transferred over the Currimundi vet clinic. Much more success with them and kitty is on the mend.
