WARNING! do not use these peoples services. I was lied to, was told I paid for a structural panel report, he did a sub-par job and then did not provide the report I paid for. He also demanded payment upfront and did not offer a proper tax receipt. Dodgy stuff, there are many other panel beaters in the area, make some phone calls and you will be glad you did.
