Beware this business. They mention they don’t charge after hours, but they charge you $140 initially before even plumber came. When plumber arrived they will give huge $12k quotation for replacing one small pipe! Means they actually don’t want to do the job only want $140. You can imagine how many people call this ridiculous business. Ripping off people. Bad business for the society

We had a leaking hot water unit and no hot water. Chris D arrived within the quoted timeframe with a great attitude. He explained in detail what the problem was and gave me a breakdown of costs involved with his tablet. Problem was diagnosed in the morning and hot water was back on by the afternoon. Professional service

Just a reminder that Jim’s and Metropolitan are the same company. The plumber arrived almost two hours late for the appointment and quoted a ridiculous and outrageous price after one minute inspection : more than $800 to replace a shower set. Plus you have to pay $150 when making an appointment call.

Chris D came on time, was professional and explained what he was doing and why. I would recommend Chris D to anyone who required a plumber. I would add that the service was expensive but this doesn’t detract from the quality of Chris’s work. S

Chris D came to my house within the designated time slot and solved my drain blockage issue. He was very professional, friendly and thorough in his approach. I would definitely use Metropolitan Group again for any plumbing requirements.

My experience with Metropolitan Plumbing was excellent, they were very prompt they told me up front what it was going to cost to put a camera down the storm water pipe to find leak under my porch. My experience with Carl was great he explained the issues while using camera and what needed to be done to rectify.

Extremely bad service. Not professional at all. Like the other person’s review. Mr emergency and metropolitan plumbing and Jim’s plumbing are the same company. I feel like this job done was more like scamming the money. I personally never comment or leave bad review on any company. But I’m very upset with the service this time. I could give 0 star if I can.I called metropolitan plumbing for sewage overflow. Cost me $141.9 for just call out. When the technician came, he just gave me a quote without even properly looking. Charged me 2 hours jet clean fee which was done less than half an hour cost me $1289.80. When I ask the technician what happened. Is it anything connected to other unit, what exactly the problem is. The answer always: “I don’t know. I’m not sure.” Whatever I ask, it’s I’m not sure. I have to say he is very friendly and looks very nice. But in terms of work, I don’t think it’s professional enough.I asked the technician to send me the cctv picture and the future job quote on the day before he left. but I never got anything. I called metropolitan plumbing the next day asking for photo and quote. They only sent me quote. Since then, I basically called the company 3 times a day asking for my cctv photos. Because I need the evidence to talk to my neighbours. Everytime they said will send me, but never did. The technician doesn’t answer the phone as well. Called him directly for few times, went straight to his voicemail and no reply.I finally got the photo after 5 days constant calls and emails and online messages.Then I showed photos to my other plumber. They told me, with these photo, they can’t really tell the problem is on exactly where. Ron should have done detail cctv and tell me exactly what’s going on when he was on site. Now I have to pay extra money to ask other plumber to give evaluate the problem.What a bad service. Should have done job properly rather than just charge peoples money.I wish I could get my money refunded. With this amount of money, I could get a much much better service.If you don’t want to waste your money, stay away from these companies
