Bowser readings not working properly and fuel kept shutting off. Price readings went from $60 to $53..... which looked like perhaps part of the number was missing. Then instead of going from what should have been $70 it jumped straight to $100. I was watching from the passengers side as the price changed dramatically and we both questioned it with the owner on the phone he insisted it didn't matter, you have to pay by the litre at current prices and wouldn't agree the pump needed to be checked.

Terrible customer service. Pump stopped working within seconds of use, when I went to ask what was happening, who I assume to be either the manager or owner wouldn't give me an explanation just demanded I pay the amount used. It's was very off putting, heard bad things about this place from others. I won't be coming again.

Shop so hot no airconditioning staff tell me, also stunk of body odour no wonder, also took forever to fix only air hose in dorrigo for public use .not good enough in remote town

Came in to buy 2 bottles of water during an interstate trip on Christmas Day, when I had no money, the attendant not only refused me tap water but went as far as to lock the bathroom door so I can't even use the bathroom sink to drink from.Refused to answer when I asked if he realised that's a violation of human rights and illegal, but continued to lock the door.

Check listed prices against eftpos people.FALSE ADVERTISED PRICES ALL ROUND.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and today this petrol station has three sales representatives approaching people at the bowser trying to sell them cleaning product

The worst service I have ever experienced! 2 nights in a row I have got out of the car to get fuel and he has all of a sudden put a 30min closed sign up! So rude will never go back!

In need of a full refurbishment!

Needs to fix there Gas pump up as sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and spoke to the attendant and he was rude and said that we know but we are not going to fix it as it's going to cost alot of money.

This is the worst fuel station i have ever come across!! I don’t ever write reviews bad or good but this one deserves it. I went in to buy a drink and the older guy was serving (he is the rudest of them all) he charged me someone else’s fuel and then refused to reimburse the money back on my card because “it is not a product”. I have had many many bad experiences here. Another time where the same guy yelled at me in front of other people because my card decline (due to his eftpos machine being down) and continuously yelling and blaming me. I said i will drive home and get the money for the fuel if you would like then he grabbed my license off me and refused to give it back (keep in mind that i need a license to drive as i am on my ps and will lose my license). But he insisted on keeping my license until i had paid. I would 100% avoid going to the fuel station. It is over priced rude owners and disgusting customer service.
