Had what i wanted but very abrupt staff - will not get any more money from me!

went to this store today to purchase for my husband and recieved the most beautiful and attentive service from the young girl with blonde hair who served me. very helpful and polite staff in this store - was greeted and farewelled and asked by multiple people if i needed assistance while i was looking. great to see such lovely customer service. now i wont mind so much when my husband sends me in

Great store with heaps of stuff but can someone fix the air conditioner as it's way to hot to try on clothing in this heat as I was just pouring out in sweat yesterday and just ended up leaving

Great service, terrific staff, but please someone fix the air cons in that place. It was bad enough in there as a customer on a 34 degree day. Those poor buggers working there are going to fry when this heat really kicks in!

Called into the new store, great range and the staff were really friendly and helpful as always but it was a hot day and the store was so hot inside in was ridiculous, no air conditioning.

Disappointed, last time I was in there service was great and I spent double I had planned too this time no service, 3 staff behind the counter and 2 customers wandering around unable to find anything, might be time for some retraining.

Hi just letting everybody know if you buy steel blue boots from RESA they do not stand by their claim that you have 6months warranty. I bought a pair of steel blue boot and they lasted 7 days and the zip ripped off of the boot when it happened the boots where in immaculate condition and I contacted the store in which I purchased them in and they told me I could take them to any branch so I did unfortunately I live in a remote location and a long way from my nearest store so it took me a month before I could return them in the mean time I sunk up to my waist in a mud pit at Clunes. I retune the boots and they told me that because of the condition they were in that they would not honour the 6 month warranty but would give me a pair of second hand boots. In my eyes this is unacceptable and I believe that if you spend that kind of money on boots that you should be looked after. So I’m buying Kmart boots from now on as I had a pair of these and they lasted me 1 year and they were less than half the price. Do I feel ripped off yes will I shop RESA again no and I have spent quite a bit of money there.
