A nice bakery. We had a pepper pie which was delicious and a savoury muffin which was just bread in the shape of a muffin with a sprinkle of diced bacon on top and a tiny bit of cheese. It was plain. Not really what you’d expect for a muffin.The shop was nice and cool which was welcoming as it was a 40 degree day.I don’t like that there are NO PRICES on anything. I hate that. I want to know what I am up for before I decide what I am going to purchase.Lovely friendly staff.All in all it was a nice place.I shall try another cafe the next time I’m in town.

The thing about a bakery is consistency, ie the pies,thecoffee and the service the same every time. Well, we were there on Monday and the lamb mint pie was great. Went there today and what a difference. None of the 3 ladies serving look like they wanted to be there and the lamb pie today was terrible. I could swear it was yesterday's. The top was harder than you'd expect, it was lucky to be half filledAand it was just luke warm and it was 11.45 am, nearly lunch time, so I would expect the pies to be hot that time of the dayThe plain pie had no taste,there were lumps of mince that actually left a bad taste in my mouth, not sure I'll go back.

Grabbed a burger, excellent old schools style burgers, big serve fresh and tasty. Also do all in house pies, sausage rolls and pastries. Well worth a visit. Pop into the real main street of Bungers, won't regret it.

Not brilliant but not too bad foodwise.Better service if you're a local.Seating is available inside the shop and outside.We bought the following - Bacon & Cheese, Pepper steak, Steak pies & Spinach Pastie. The pies were average but at least the pastry held together.We also bought the vanilla slices, custard tarts. They were slightly better.All in all for a quick bite not too bad. Having said that I would not go out of my way to go there.

We decided to drive here from Canberra for lunch as the reviews seemed to be favourable and the advertising made it sound worthwhile. We were served in paper bags (even though we told them we would be eating in situ), with no cutlery provided and when I asked for a serviette I was given a rough piece of industrial paper towel from the kitchen roll. My husband was very disappointed with the pie he had and the pre-packed roll I had was soggy. Would not bother to go again.

Cute little bakery with a nice selection of hot meals, pastries, cakes and burgers. Ordered a hot chocolate which was yummy and at the perfect temperature. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Friendly customer service. Always have nice food. Not much indoor seating, but there is more tables outside. No disabled access. Toilet out the side of the building.
