Cannot condemn this disgrace of a company enough. I was contacted by them after I backed into another persons car. They overquoted the damage to their client’s car - said it would cost me $6800 to fix a scratch and refused to get another quote. My insurer told me these companies are renowned for acting dishonestly and over quoting damage. The person who assessed my car assured me the damage to my car could not have possibly caused nearly $7000 worth of damage. Don’t deal with them yourself, do yourself a favour and contact a lawyer or your insurance agency immediately.

Incredibly inept and unprofessional, dishonest and not able to answer simple questions regarding the claim made against me. Never able to answer the phone or call back when they said they would.Not able to provide necessary details and documentation and unaware of important legal information. Im my experience these pretenders are out for a quick buck however they can get it and have no regard for integrity or a fair deal. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy for any legal advice whatsoever.If I could have given no stars I would have.
