I recently had an excellent experience with Technetics data recovery service. I had a hard drive that wasn't reading any files, but Technetics was able to recover most of the data. Robert, who handled my case, was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process. First, the engineers assessed the drive to determine what data could be salvaged. Then, after I paid, Technetics provided a snapshot of the recoverable data. At that point, I could decide whether to proceed or not. If I decided to stop, they would refund part of the payment. The service is not cheap, but I consider it worth it to recover a lot of important data that I would otherwise be without. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Technetics, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of data recovery services.

The whole process, from delivering my hard drive, to receiving data screenshots before finalising any decisions and even payment. Recently, in the process of recovering data from a defunct portable hard drive I had the pleasure of dealing with three members of the Technetics team. My first experience was my initial inquiry during which Bori clearly explained the procedure for getting my hard drive to your workplace and a brief but adequate overview of the next steps towards recovery. As I was in Melbourne at the time I chose to take my hard drive directly to Technetics. On arrival at the Office I was warmly greeted by Robert who showed me the inner workings of a portable hard drive (very fascinating) and explained the variety of complications that can cause a hard drive to fail. He also explained to me, in layman’s terms, the steps involved in the process of potential recovery and the potential cost. I left feeling hopeful that the chances of my data being recovered were quite good. My next contact was with Stephen who it seemed had become the ‘case manager’ for my job. Stephen very clearly explained in detail what the exact steps to recovery of data were, He explained the tiered fee structure and what my options were at all times. It was a relief to know that I could stop the process and receive a part refund if I was not satisfied by the data identified as recoverable. I also appreciated that there was no pressure from Stephen to make my decision about spending $1100.00 on the spot! Stephen was an excellent communicator, he kept me well informed and was happy to answer any questions or address any concerns I had along the way. Ultimately I was very pleased with the outcome of my data recovery and while very expensive I am pleased I followed through with the process. I understand the preference by our modern society to put everything online but I do find it a little strange to be asked to post a five star review. Given that this is obviously common practice now may I suggest that the request is not made until you are sure the client has had sufficient time to receive and review their retrieved data.The whole process of recovery of my data was fast and very efficient. I would also like to acknowledge and thank those workers behind the scenes in the workroom who do the actual recovery work. I commend the staff members that I dealt with for their great communication and their professionalism.

The team at Technetics have done an amazing task in addressing our delicate problem with data loss. Not only were they helpful, courteous and professional, they actually cared to follow every step with the issue and kept me informed. I applaud their total approach, the way they took on board the importance of the task, as if it were their own Data lost. I cannot speak highly enough of Stephen and his crew upstairs in the lab for the work done. I would recommend these experts above all others. They are also local which is what we need too, to also eliminate any further bumps and knocks plus delays along the journey, if the only other place is interstate. Robert from Technetics was absolutely amazing! I took my external hard drive which I had ALL my daughters baby photos on it and I had no back up.The team were exceptional and retrieved all my priceless photos. Then the hard drive that I supplied as my back up failed the day after I picked it up from Technetics.I rang them and they were able to retrieve my photos again a second time for me.Absolutely superb service cannot recommend more highly!
