I had my hair done yesterday by Sophie. I got face framing highlights and Sophie was excellent. She listened to what I wanted and was gentle with my hair ensuring it didn’t snap off. She got me to the blonde that I wanted and I am very pleased with the results! I will definitely be back to see Sophie again at some point!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the girls at hair house st kilda! Especially sophie. Popped in after absolutely butchering my hair last night, they fit me in for a cut & saved my hair! She listened & I walked out with exactly what I wanted! Also lots of free samples to take home!

Yesterday I went into the St Kilda Hairhouse looking for a new shampoo as the ones I have been using has been leaving my hair frizzy and dry. Beth was very helpful and directed me to a new product I had neither used or heard of before. I tried the treatment last night and it has left my hair feeling noticeably healthier after just one wash! Great recommendation and all-round shopping experience.

I always have the best experience in store with Emily. She is so lovely and professional and always helps me find the perfect products for my hair.

I'm appalled at how the lady working there treated my hair - not only was she unable to understand what I was after, even after showing her photos, the way she handled my hair was atrocious. Painful shampoo, aggressive brushing and blow drying of my freshly bleached hair.The bleaching was also blotchy and uneven, and resulted in a very uneven fashion colour.My hair is now really damaged from only one round of bleach, which is terrible as the bleach covered my entire length. She also didn't think to tone which ended in very yellow and orange tones. All of this for over $300.I was fooled by some of the good reviews from previous customers but I understand this lady is fairly new to the business.This shop is a good place for quality hair products but do not be fooled into thinking they can do a decent colour/bleaching job - they are clearly not colourists.

Went to see Gemma for a colour correction, root tint, highlights, cut and blow dry and I am so happy with the results. Gemma gave me a thorough consultation beforehand on what I wanted and spent 4 hours transforming my hair. The team were all extremely friendly and helpful, lovely place since recently coming under new management. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad to met Sabah. I went to the store in st.kilda to get some new hair care products and Sabah was super nice with me, she give me the best advise for take care of my hair, she really help me so much. Definitely from now on I will always go to visit Sabah if I need new hair items.
