After dealing with the people in the rental team at this real estate agency, I was surprised by the fact that I could develop a less favorable view of real estate agents... I did! Unprofessional, lazy, rude and clearly very unhappy with their lives and job. Similar to the other reviews left on this site, by the end of my tenancy I was absolutely exhausted by trying to get ANYTHING done on the older property I was paying good rent for. I was made to feel stressed and anxious throughout my entire tenancy, I was bullied into not making complaints about mold, water damage, I had no oven for a month or dishwasher for the same amount of time.If these people weren't so rude and unhelpful I would actually feel sorry for them.

We recently bought a home from Sam Abbas at stone real estate Rockdale. The level of service was very poor. Sam doesn’t respond to texts, voice messages or emails. You have to wait a few days, finally lose your patience, ring the landline at the office and ask someone else to tell sam to contact you and then 5 mins later will ring and say “I was meant to call you wasn’t i?”All of our dealing with stone real estate were unprofessional, frustrating and rude. If you can avoid this service and Sam Abbas I would recommend you do for the sake of your stress levels
