Star Car Wash - Carindale 1

My partner came here to get our car washed today. Spent $80 and it’s still dirty, surfaces still dusty and carpet still sandy and dirty.. Waste of money.. The staff are also really rude. Don’t get your car cleaned here!!

Car was cleaner than I left it but with some new dings and scratches on the exterior. Super disappointed. I should have checked reviews before booking a $80 wash. The interiors were partially vacuumed and partially cleaned - they haven't completed the job. The person initially told me it would take 2 hours but they finished the job in 30 minutes - clearly they've rushed the job.

Spent $100 on Sunday the 12th June, getting a so called Polish and Detail, the car came back to me disgusting, they didn’t clean it, sent someone over on 3 separate occasions for every time I saw something else that needed doing, and a every time nothing happened.I had my 6 month old so I was distracted putting her in and when I got home look at the condition of it. They not only ignored my requests to fix it, they didn’t reply ti emails or phone calls, gutless. I want a refund so when you grow some and see this you have my number, call me and put that money you stole from me and put it bank into my account.Don’t waste your money with these thieves

Greeted by a staff member who was nice but just kept trying to upsell.Overall did an average job and missed a few spots. Driver side mirror, front grille, wheels and some of the lower parts of the car. Attention to detail is everything. Was it worth $69? Probably not.Note : Photo of microfibre cloth was just after cleaning one wheel myself.

We paid $110 to have the car cleaned which included bug removals yet they didnt even touch the mirrors. The boot was only half cleaned because our pram was in there, would have rather them not touch it at all noting how horrible it looks now. Will not be heading back!

Hard up-sell for an extra $35 for a detailed vacuum for pet hair and sand. Car hasn’t seen a beach or pet and clean was very average. Just isn’t worth it even with the convenience.

Unable to give Zero stars. On first glance given the car was conveniently parked in the shadows of the undercover carpark the car appeared to have been professionally cleaned.On entering the car I did notice that the front windscreen only seemed half done I did ask for it to be re cleaned inside and out prior to leaving which they happily obliged.However while driving home I noticed my toll tag sitting in the front cup holder once home and I could have a better look I discovered that it had been snapped off.Understand that accidents happen and probably would have excepted that if whoever was responsible for it had any decency and did the right thing and told me at the time of pickup but no they tucked it in the cup holder and hoped that I wouldn't notice until it was too late.Now in direct sunlight we had a better look at the vehicle several areas had been missed being cleaned altogether, black dirty water run marks, the back door channel was not properly cleaned, silver grill still had dust and grime on it, missed cleaning the fuel tank area and Armor Oil Spray was all patchy just to name a few…Very frustrating and disappointing that this is what they consider a $109 thorough clean (would hate to see what the less expensive wash gives you) but also that the staff believe it is considered good customer service to damage a car and not report it.Tried calling several time no answer and left voice mail which has gone unanswered.So annoyed and frustrated I recommend do not waste your money.

Paid $109 for internal/external clean. The operator started adding additional services I didn’t ask for which I found uncomfortable. I made it clear I just want the $109 service. They seem to care more about upselling than actually doing a good job. Boot wasn’t touched, centre console and wheels still have debris and were not properly cleaned. Zero attention to detail. It also makes it difficult to see the lack of attention to detail when the car is parked in the darkest corner of the car park. Disappointing service. I’ve been here twice and both times have been underwhelming. I don’t recommend.

Nice and quick car wash. Happy with the result. However, dropped 1 star cause the worker didn’t know anything about entertainment book discount despite using it at the same place for many times. The boss apparently has left early and not contactable.

I’ve used this car wash in the past and was pleasantly impressed however, I wasStar disappointed to find that the quality of service was no longer the same. I paid for a Star Polish which cost $99.This included an exterior and interior clean and vacuum.Unfortunately, the roof of my vehicle appears untouched in the centre. The wheel arches remain filthy. The interior under the handbrake remains dusty. The front end of the vehicle remains grimy and full of dirt.The positive was that now all the windows are clean and the remainder of the interior is great.Upon collection of the vehicle, I stood around for 7 minutes with a sleeping baby, waiting for someone to help me and hand me my keys.
