I had a beautiful Reiki experience with Claire. It was my first time having reiki so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Claire talked me through the process and I left feeling so relaxed and peaceful.

First time experience for me, came into it expecting nothing but open minded to possibilities. Claire made the whole experience feel very comfortable & safe. I came away feeling different, in a good way & look forward to exploring more of what Reiki & Claire can uncover.

I recently had my first reiki session with Claire at Grounded in Healing and it was beautiful.I had no real expectations of what to expect, and really just wanted to be open to wherever the experience took me.I felt so calm and peaceful throughout and I experienced some really beautiful, quite clarifying, feelings during it.I found it fascinating and I hope to be able to have another session with Claire soon.

Really nice atmosphere, First time having a Reiki session. Claire made me fell relaxed, comfortable and was very professional with explaining the process before we started. Afterwards I felt great and still do. Highly recommend Reiki with Claire.
