I was recently supported by Dietitian Peter St Henry as referred to by my doctor ..Peter was so very helpful in starting a new “clean living “ diet plan for me tailored to my needs .I’ve been following a basic keto plan and have eliminated all processed and refined carbs from my diet ..I was quite overweight on my first visit and with Peter’s guidance have been successful in losing kilos and having much healthier eating habits & lifestyle .
