I went to this place to get a full face wax, I have done this procedure many times at other places and never had a reaction. However after the waxing, I looked at my face and it was filled with red bumps all over. I went back and the lady said it was go away in 15-20 mins when I said I have an appointment and I will come back in 3 hrs, she changed her mind and said it will go away in a day. It’s been two days and it’s still have bumps on my face. These things happen, however when she noticed the bumps she should have told me and asked me if I wanted to continue rather than pretend I had no reaction. I am so annoyed, I will never go back here again.

Had the services of eyebrow threading and eyelash extensions at Maxi Care Beauty Secrets Fountain Gate as usual and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted there today and the lady stuffed them up so bad, I spoke to her about it and she tried to fix them but ended up making them even worse and then proceeded to charge me for it, i will never go back there again.Not a happy customer

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I got my eyebrows and upper lips done from this place yesterday. When the lady was threading my eyebrows, it was so painful, and tears kept coming. She didn’t stop for a second. After 30 mins, I saw cuts on my eyebrows and upper lips. When I went to tell them, first the lady who did my eyebrows pretended like she didn’t know me. Then I said I came just 30 minutes ago and she said sorry. Then another girl gave me a $25 voucher as I would go back there. I don’t recommend this placement to anyone. These staffs need to understand they are dealing with people’s faces. Now that I am reading all these reviews, I understand I am not the only one who faced these kinds of situations because of them.
