Thank you for organizing someone so quickly for our ducted heating issue.When I called the iHomes office I was instructed to email you with the details and although you were very busy that day you listened and acted immediately.The person you provided was efficient and knowledgeable and fixed the issue without hesitation.Sadly many of our experiences with property managers have been less than ideal, as many renters would attest to, so a special thanks for not making this a stressful battle to be won, and treating it with professionalism.

The team at iHomes Real Estate quickly got us into a property. From there, communication and assistance from our property manager, Elena, was slow and mostly unhelpful.The house we moved into was full of building dust when we moved in, however, the property management team still expected the carpets to be steam-cleaned upon leaving. The house was left in a significantly cleaner state than it was found.The house was without for water for four days after contractors the landlords had brought in accidentally tore up the mains water line. The promise to negotiate rental compensation for those four days the home was without water was never honored.Three of the six agreed pool maintenance appointments the landlords had agreed to were honored. Additionally, the property managers attempted to pass the costs for pool chemicals onto the tenants at the landlord's request, after agreeing to supply them for the duration of the tenancy.Overall, our experience with iHomes Real Estate has been entirely lackluster.

NEVER RENT OFF THIS REAL ESTATE - THEY ARE HORRIBLE & RUDE!I have been renting for many many years and never experienced such a bad experience. When moving into the new rental, it was in disgusting condition, blood on walls, urine on the toilet, mould in the carpets & this real estate never even offered too clean it for us. instead we had to go to VCAT where we ended up losing thousands of dollars in coming to an outcome we felt was unfair, and during this entire process the agents at this realestate were rude. i would never wish this experience i went through upon my worst enemy. These photos are only a few of the photos to show you exactly what this realestate considered a home to be clean to give to us upon moving in & in the conditions report, left notes to advise carpets cleaned and in good condition.. PLEASE DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM, THEY ARE UNHELPFUL & RIP OFFS. i would give 0 stars if i could.

Disgusting behaviour from the so called property manager Elena and her sidekick Beth no professionalism whatsoever. If the owners hired professional staff they would get much more business. Maybe the owners should take note of the other reviews about their bogan property managers who lack class. Hire new people.

In my many years of dealing with real estate agents, Jimmy Kok is right down there, one of the very worst. He is very unhelpful, rude and condescending. When I ask questions, he trivialises them says oh... you don't know ....." but I have purchased and sold many properties (using real estate agents)

Jimmy, Elena and the staff are so professional and most importantly very understanding towards us their clients. Jimmy is very efficient in handling any issues and always very friendly. Thank you so much.

Jimmy recently sold our family home for Dad after Mum's passing. It was obviously a traumatic time for the family, especially under COVID restrictions, but we couldn't have picked better agents to handle the ups and downs. Jimmy provided excellent advice, he carried through with his promises, and he worked for hours on end with only private inspections allowed. He had a fabulous rapport with the buyers and I'm sure that his hard work and genuine attitude help us to achieve nearly $380k over reserve. Thank you Jimmy!
