A lady is complaining about not being able to park a caravan at a shopping centre LOL Park your huge vehicle somewhere and drive a car like a normal person.. Pretty sure Big W is doing fine without the small market of caravan drivers. Definitely not worth a 1 star review

Returned faulty electric jug. Faced criticism by three women including told I used it too much, 4 to 6 times a day, and should buy an urn. Two went and chose a stove top kettle and I was told cheaper to use than electric jug. Online said not so. I looked online and found same problem with jug by others. I believe when they stock better quality products returns may be less. I do suggest DONT BLAME THE CUSTOMER for what is not their fault. Naughty!

Firstly I was amazed there was no obvious parking facilities for an RV so we had to park on the street and walk in, definitely not ideal with an 87 year old to care for. The choice if shops was excellent and friendly staff in the shops we visited. Complex was clean.

Always love shopping at Woolies. .great display and great bargains. .I was very happy with my purchases. .found the vegetables and fruit fresh and of good quality and price. .Fabulous store. ..

Absolutely disgusted with service..when an item is scanned and charged higher than advertised.. a simple refund ?But Teneisha doesn't understand the fundamentals of retail.You had one job.. please try harder in order to not make anyone else's shopping experience a waste of time

A VERY dirty & untidy BigW. Clothing is often left on the floor & staff just walk around it. Dont go looking for new seasons" as racks are empty & new stock unavailable immediately after realease. Staff

I can't understand the mindset behind advertising something that you're unable to supply. Why go through the rigmarole of back and forth communication, then back and forth refunds etc.etc. If you don't have it, inform the customer from the get-go or don't advertise it...simple.
