An easy building to find with friendly staff and display models to make decisions easier. A staff member greeted us instantly and there were plenty of workers to accommodate every customer, which is helpful because we never got the feeling of being rushed. There were plenty of display models and, in relation to the lift chairs, plenty of different brands, colours and designs to choose from. The staff member seemed to have great knowledge of products and their capabilities which helped to find the right product to suit our needs.

We had to get compression stockings for DVT. These stockings are not returnable for health reasons so you need to be measured up for them. As soon as we put them on we knew they were way off. Way too small. We had to trust staff knew how to measure them and its literally cost us $170 without any way to exchange themWe have now went and had another set fitted by another chemist. Fit great and we saved almost $50 off ansteys price.

I ordered some crutch tips, i know the specific ones i need as i only use them, and i saw your website had them. I ordered them, and once received they did not match as advertised on your website, they were different. Whilst i got my money back for my order, you still made me pay postage to send them back, and didnt reimburse. Pretty poor considering i would never of ordered them if they werent advertised correctly. So cost me money to get nothing. Whilst the amount is not huge, i should of had to pay nothing as none of it was my fault

Rang the Broadmeadow store today for assistance in purchasing a particular product, that unfortunately wasn’t in stock at Broadmeadow. Alyssa was so very helpful and rang the Maitland store and acquired the product for me. I was so grateful. Exceptional customer service.

I bought my walker @ Ansteys several years ago & customer service was impeccable as it still is today. The care & concern for shoppers make the whole experience so heartwarming. Thank God for these beaut people. I've been back to get crutches shower & toilet chaos, it's a 1 stop shop.

I had trouble finding A Place I was confident to purchase compression stockings from .A Sydney based firm who put me onto Ansteys healthcare Broadmeadow/Newcastle. I had a pleasant surprise to find the range they catered for and on top of that! The very pleasant staff that made the two hour travel very worthwhile.The two girls that attended to me were far and above a lot of staff throughout the retail industry. we also have a chemist we patronise that has the same level of service we enjoyThank you Robert macpherson

My wife was called by Anstey on Tuesday to come and collect a CPAP machine. Got there on Thursday morning and was told the machine has been given to someone else. They did not attempt to call or notify us that we no longer had a machine available. They just shrugged there shoulder's and said well do you still want a machine". We spoke with another supplier straight after we left and will be looking at alternative suppliers in the future.This is a responce to the Owners responce....Further more to my above comments
