Bupa Blacktown - Now Open Next To Target
Had a terrible experience. Waited 40 minutes only to be told to leave due to closing time. They should know that a consultation takes half an hour to an hour, two people working both with customers and should have informed me to come back another time where they could better provide me with the information I needed. They both had an idea of how long their own customers would have taken and should not have seated me and wasted my time.

Frustrating Customer ServiceWe have visited Bupa store Blacktown but the Bupa team member refused to serve us and give us a chance for consultation although we have been waiting for 20min. On the other hand she was very rud, unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not the way we expect Bupa's team to deal with their customers I was really surprised with her attitude, very bad experience.
