A pretty house within walking distance of shops and pubs.

This lovely little place is the perfect location for a small family to relax! Not far from town easily accessible. Extremely quiet area. We visited for work and my family were able to entertain themselves at the local fishing spots and parks whilst I headed into Tamworth. The air-conditioning is a life saver on those frosty mornings. Great water pressure and INSTANT boiling hot water, Something any woman can appreciate! Can't wait to visit again.

Just know this is an older style 1960s fibro cottage probably last updated in the late 70s apart from a new aircon in the lounge kitchen. As a base for a family or group of friends it is a well priced option. Pretty much everything needed was there including a lot of cleaning products. Manilla has a large IGA for shopping. Easy drive into Tamworth for the country music festival which is why we were there.

This is a comfortable older style cottage in an excellent location within walking distance of the Main Street including supermarket, pubs and cafes. The cottage was clean and was well equipped with linen, toiletries, detergent for washing up etc. It’s pet friendly with a large fenced yard and our dog was allowed inside, so it was perfect for us. The communication from the owners during the booking process was very clear and timely. We could walk to the river each morning and he could swim. There was plenty to do within a short drive, whether it’s going into Tamworth or visiting the surrounding areas. The volunteers at the Manilla Visitor Information Centre were lovely and there was lots of ideas on things to do.

Very nice stay

Thankyou for the A/C which was on when I arrived on a very hot afternoon, allowing me to settle into a very cool house. Cottage was very clean with everything necessary for a short or longer stay. Furniture is older but comfortable, hot water was good and plentiful, plenty of room for a family or larger group. Lawns had been recently mowed. Yard was also good for my dog. One small criticism I like a top sheep on the bed especially in summer, it was way too hot for the doona which was on the bed, luckily I had a clean old sheet with me that I could use. Close to Manilla's main street and walking distance to the local parks and river. Will stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Great little cottage and was prefect for our stay we could even bring the dogs with us. Highly recommended , great price and we will be back again soon. Thank you.
