Absolutely poor customer service. Waiting for my order already 3weeks. They doing absolutely whatever they want their sneaky way. Hard to do business with them or any business deals as they will do everything without you behind your back on the end. It's been really a pleasure to deal with Kevin the NSW representative but unfortunately rest of the head office in Brisbane It's a disaster.

It was a gateway into laser theraies for our salon, but horribly pricey and with tereible service. We were left on a pricey rental contract 'accidentally' after the rest of the country was moved onto a money saving rent to own plan where consumables were much less expensive. We only discovered this after loosing it with them and asking to close the account when they left us waiting for three weeks for the shipment of a cartridge. For three weeks we turned clients away, not hounouring their appointments because they 'forgot' us after ordering. No apologies, just excuses, including blaming us. It was only after asking to close the acocunt that I heard from the Manager that another deal was available that would save us 10k a year. We have bought another machine which will equates to 20K less a year and we now own it. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this company.

Bodibeauticious, Rose Bay. We have not had a single issue with our LPG Endermologie Machine since purchase, however we had an issue with our LPG System awhile ago and Kevin Ferret, Account Manager from France Medical was on it immediately.He not only came around to the salon personally, he was responsible for organising the replacement part and the repairing of it as well. 10 out of 10 for SUPPORT!

This company supply innovative products that allows me to take my patient management to the next level. Gaelle, the company representative in WA, is very helpful with information and not push.
