Since enrolling with Applied Education to complete the BAS Agent Registration Course. I found the learning process to be very beneficial and enjoyable. The training manuals, staff support and online course material were of high standard providing me with the confidence to undertake my units. I have a keen desire to continue further training with Applied Education and would strongly recommend this institution to other students.

I needed to complete two subjects in order to qualify for the tax agent licence. Applied Education offered the exact subjects I needed and they were at a very affordable price. I was able to study from home and if required, to communicate with their team with ease by e-mail. I feel that the assignments and exams prepared me adequately to the role of a tax agent. I would definitely recommend Applied Education to anyone who wants to study Accounting, Bookkeeping or Tax Agent courses.

Applied Education was very good, the lecturers were very helpful, the online materials & tutorials made learning easy. I found the turnaround for marking assignments sometimes took longer then 10 working days, but once contacting them, action was taken very quick & the marked assignment was received. The feedback on assignments was always helpful and clear. I recommend Applied Education.

I have just completed the Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and found the course material relevant and useful. When you are stuck you are able to lodge a ticket for assistance which is usually responded to on the same day and very helpful. The assessors feedback on assignments is also extremely helpful. I am looking to continue my accounting studies through Applied Education and would recommend them highly to new students.

I am a Tax Agent and had to complete 1 further unit of study as requested by the Tax Practitioners Board which was Property Law. The Unit offered by Applied Education was practical and relevant to my line of work, and very happy to say I have learnt quite a bit of useful information to help me with my practice. The course was also self paced and whenever I contacted the team to ask a question, or ask for an assessment to be escalated due to time constraints I had, they were very happy to accommodate me or discuss to manage my expectations. All in all I am very happy to recommend Applied Education to any tax agents in training who need to complete one further course.

I commenced and completed a course in Property Law recently with Applied Education, and the overall experience has been fantastic. Flexible study arrangements, easy to digest yet highly relevant content, and a great support network.Would certainly recommend to anyone who's already in the industry to further hone their knowledge as well as anyone else who might be interested in specific aspects of the financial and legal profession.

I have recently completed three courses varying in subjects through Applied Education. The course content was well covered and the assessment was clearly presented and directly related to the subject content. Thank you to the team at Applied Education for their assistance and prompt response to queries and requests. Having completed undergraduate and postgraduate degrees through other education providers in the past, I would most definitely recommend Applied Education for an organised, well presented and exceptional learning experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and course offering. I did the BAS and Payroll modules (404 and 405). The material was of poor quality, there were regular errors, links that did not work and a substantial amount of relevant material had been omitted. I regularly had to use other resources for areas that should have been included. Some of the material has been cut and pasted from other sources.The communication was even worse. I didn't receive vital emails at the beginning which meant that I missed vital information. When I booked my exams there was no confirmation email and no recognition on the student portal that my exams had been setup. I received multiple duplicates of the same email address on numerous occasions. Even when I identified this to Applied Education they did nothing about it other than to suggest that I use a different email address. This made no difference.I had to follow up the instructor on submitted assignments that went over the five day time-frame multiple times. The assignment feedback was very limited and poorly constructed and unhelpful. In particular James Chung was by far the worst instructor. He ignored my emails and his feedback was useless. It took him ten days after my exam result was available online to email me to advise that it had been posted.Twice when I submitted assignments it didn't go through properly and I had to go back later and re-submit them.I raised all of these concerns to one of the directors but did not receive any feedback.Having completed my Bachelor of Accounting (studied online) and completed all of the (online) CPA professional CPA modules I can say that Applied Education offering is incredibly poor. I would have been better off picking up a basic Bookkeeping book.If you are considering studying through Applied Education my recommendation is to look for another provider. If you choose to ignore my advice I wish you the best in your studies and hope that you have a far better experience than I have had.To Applied Education - I feel that you have ripped me off and offered an extremely poor service. Worse than that though right throughout my experience with you I have felt that you have not cared about all of the issues that I have had and just wanted to rid of me as soon as you could.

I've taken a few courses with Applied Education and very happy with the service provided. The assessments are well feedback. The trainers and the admin staff are very responsive and supportive. While there're many unreliable online education providers out there, Applied Education is where you can trust and invest for learning. I highly recommend Applied Education.

I studied the tax agent skills modules at Applied Education. I am very happy with Applied Education. The marking team are quick and provide good feedback. The Administration team are very efficient with enrolment and getting your certificate to you quickly. The content is really good and straight to the point. The course is flexible and you can study any time via the online portal. I would definitely study with Applied Education again in the future!
