Michael, Kelly and the team did a wonderful job looking after our pup when she was bitten by a mastiff. Exceptional care from the outset! Upon receiving my call for help they stayed after hours to tend her wounds and patch her up. They have continued to provide further reassurance as her wounds heal encouraging me to check in with a photo and an email if I am worried. How great is that for aftercare! I really appreciated their suggestion to try her on this fabulous blue collar which keeps allows her wounds to heal but also allows to feel comfy and happy.You guys are The Best.

Always good service and care here. Parking is a bit awkward and the waiting room is a bit small but so worth it for the excellent staff here. They took great care of our special boy and us and made the end of his life very comfortable and peaceful.

Excellent care and communication, plus professional advice without judgement. The follow up and extra touches show genuine care and responsiveness to our two fur babies. I also love that they process the pet insurance claim for me.

I have only been to this vet twice, but each time was lovely. I took my girl Penny for some surgery and was extremely grateful for the care and love they gave to her, particularly as we were pretty distressed. The after care was also excellent and all employees were friendly and full of great advice. Thank you!

Best vet practice ever! I've just started taking my third dog there. Each of my dogs has had very different needs and very different temperaments, and these guys have been absolutely brilliant with all of them, perfectly adapting their approach to each individual dog. The dogs love them, and so do I! The vets and vet nurses are all just the absolute best at what they do, and are such a pleasure to be around too. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you all for everything you do.

I went to Hamilton Hill vet to have surgery for my dogs Brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome - as soon as I met with Dr Jess I felt happy and content to trust her with my dogs surgery .. 2 weeks later and he is fully recovered and better than ever! Thanks to all at Hamilton hill hospital, you’re all amazing!
