Metropolitan Pools

Had a great chat to the service technician Tim while on site he recommended a few products In the store that would help with my Blackspot problem. He also was able to answer my urgent texts on the weekend and was able to resolve my filter problem over the phone.

What pool shop does not have granular chlorine in stock. I went there 1 week ago, they did not have the 10kg drum of chlorine in stock said I could purchase the 2kg for $46 when the 10kg is $125. They said they would call me as it was coming in this week. They called me to say it would be in Wednesday, I got there Friday (no chlorine in my pool for over 1 week at this stage) only to be told still not in stock and would call me today to see if it could be transferred from their other store. Extremely disappointed, as I had made 3 trips to their store with no results.My pool is going green, I guess I will go to Bunnings for chlorine as I still have not received the call I was promised today.

I've been going to this place for years. It's now under new management and my experience was fantastic. I let my pool go since the fires last year and it was extremely neglected. I received great advice from the new management who were very pleasant. I was extremely pleased to see they have a great selection of Pool Magic products. The service was magic and make sure you try Pool Magic, a fabulous product, if you try this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I have always found them to be very helpful and I have been dealing with them for a number of years. Today I took in a part and the guy put some lube on it and gave some very helpul advice. The day before they dropped in and briefly checked the pool out without charging as it was on their way.

Dave at Metropolitan Pools is great, very knowledgeable. The customer service is exceptional, and I'm always greeted with a smile! Thanks, Dave, for all your expertise. It's always appreciated.

Doug at metropolitan pools ENFIELD was fantastic, I was in a panic as my pool pump stopped working and my pool was very close, my husband who looks after the pool was overseas, I contacted a few pool shops in the inner west area and all were very unhelpful, except for Doug at metropolitan pools at ENFIELD, he listened to my problem, tried to troubleshoot a few things over the phone to help me fix it, he called me back to check on things and could send someone out in two days, the other pool shops didn’t care, the earliest they could send someone was two weeks! Great customer service from metropolitan pools Enfield.

I have been dealing with Hendra for months now and I can honestly say his expertise and professionalism is second to noneI would highly recommend seeing these boys if you want your pool cleaned aor maintened

i always buy pool acid, salt, etc from these guys, and have spent a lot of money with them. when i came in for pool water analysis, i was told i need acid and stabilised. i told the man at the register i already had some at home, and he hit me with “then it’s $5 for the test”. embarrassing service as these sort of tests are literally free everywhere else. no respect for returning customers. will be going somewhere else from now on.

We have been a customer since 2010 & were very happy with the level of service and knowledge provided by the team & Neil. Our pool pump that was purchased and installed by Metropolitan pools is still in warranty & requires attention. When calling the store I was told that they do not warranty their work anymore & I was to call the manufacturer to deal with this directly. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was in but would not speak to me on this matter. Still no joy with the manufacturer Pentair. I definitely do not recommend.
