I have used Danielle at Purely Polished twice now and both times have been thrilled with my hair and makeup. Danielle is super friendly and nailed the look that I wanted. Will definitely be booking again for another event next month!

Just had an amazing massage at home with the lovely Penny from Purely Polished. Professional and experienced. She did an amazing massage, showed up on time and was very professional. I was also surprised by the customer service where PPs contacted me directly until my date and time had been agreed. I highly recommend the service.

zero stars. most disgusting service, they should not be allowed to operate. although i advised at the time of booking that the customer is bedridden with cancer, when worker arrived and spoke to me on the phone, she was shocked when i told her about cancer condition and refused to go inside blaming on a small dog who barked when she knocked on the door. my mother bedridden wasn't even given opportunity to lock the dog. worker just walked off. she told her operator that there were DOGS. LIAR. heavy rain and no ubers to rush me home from work, to help my mother at the time of booking, prevented me to meet the worker. they never asked or told me anything about workers afraid of house animals. what kind of business is this? Most disgraced service encountered. i will fight them until i get full refund back.

I had a manicure and pedicure from Hanna who is with Purely Polished / Mobile Beauty & Massaged Service it was perfect and very enjoyable. The set up and care for hygiene was impressive Hanna was so lovely and made me feel completely relaxed, I am crippled with arthritis and suffer from chronic pain so I was apprehensive to book a mobile beauty therapist but I didn’t need to worry Hanna was so gentle and completely professional. I am 73 now and I was a fully trained beauty therapist with Ella Bachel in the 80s and 90s and I must say i will be a full time client now after my enjoyable experience today.Dianne Skene
