I have dealt with Dave at BCR for about 5 years now. He is a top bloke and a very trustworthy mechanic in a sea of untrustworthy d**khead mechanics. He is excellent at his job and has always kept in communication with me whilst doing repairs. He always done right by me and never over charged or added anything unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend David to anyone.

My wife and I have been using BCR Auto for many years servicing our 1998 Nissan Pulsar then our 2003 Ford Fairmont sedan. We were fairly happy from 2002 until 2018. Then our Ford sedan was getting long in the tooth with 180,000 km on the clock and required some major work to keep it on the road. This is normal for a 15 + year old car and it is a policy of mine to keep vehicles until it becomes uneconomical or it is unreliable to keep it on the road. The attitude of BCR was arbitrary and appalling. They did a patch-up job on oil leaks and said they would not work on this vehicle next year nor would they approve it for road worthiness. Another mechanical service in Blacktown had quoted just over $1,000 to replace the whole engine. They had no problem with passing the vehicle providing it complied with all roadworthiness regulations. BCR just said they would not even look at it. We have spent over $9,000 in servicing, repairs and inspections at BCR. They are just too lazy to work on a vehicle requiring more than just changing oil or doing easy" repairs. To flat out refuse to look at a vehicle in the future without even considering it's condition or road worthiness is just plain stupid. I will be taking my Ford to another mechanical service in Blacktown or Mt Druitt. Five stars down to two."

A trusted mechanic used by my family for years.. I've recommended to friends who have all had great experiences.. They communicate repair needs very well, and help you prioritise to work within budget if money is tight..

My family have been using the wonderful service provided by BCR for over 20years. Tony, Dave and their apprentices have serviced at least 7 cars for us during this time and with the personal touch. We have recommended so many people to BCR and they too keep using them

Great guys, professional

Would give 0 stars if possible. The issue with our car was incorrectly diagnosed by BRC, so we had to pay this mechanic for the incorrect repair, then pay for the entire radiator to be replaced a week later by my regular mechanic after I noticed the radiator fluid was leaking. What kind of mechanic doesn't realise a radiator is ruined? BRC also changed the oil and oil filter without asking permission - this had been done two weeks earlier and was in no way necessary. Very unhappy with this unprofessional service, and certainly never going back.

Honest trustworthy place , very knowledgeable staff who actually knows what they are doing. I had nothing but best experience taking my R34 for occasional repairs and couple of major ones. Thanks Tony the owner, the head mechanic David and Justin
