My son has a cough one of your staff was rude to me and my son and told us to never come back.

Always been very convenient, when everywhere else is booked up you can drop in here generally without an appointment. It's been hugely helpful to our family and we don't even live in Jindera, we're in town.

Thank you Jodie for your assistance helping our family in such a stressful time. With both parents unwell and one in hospital you went above and beyond to help get our fathers medication sorted. 3 of us live over 3500 kms away which has been difficult for us all. Dr Glen is an incredible doctor with decades of experience, I have never once had an issue with anyone on their team, Dr Glen, Tracy and Jodie are all lovely people to deal with, the clinic is well organised and managed very well. Dr Glen and the rest of the team have assisted me with Student workplacement preparation as well as other health concerns over the years. Highly recommended. Thank you team!!

I rang up this clinic and asked the receptionist if a dr would sign a certain medical form that i was clear about in the conversation for my child..the receptionist asked the Dr, he said yes and to come in today. I went in there and a different receptionist was on and she said she will ask the Dr if he will sign it..but not once did i see her get up and talk to him or get on the ph to him...she tells me after 10 mins of waiting that he won't sign it..even though the other receptionist assured me on the ph beforehand that she spoke to him amd he said he would.My time, and petrol was wasted and even when you try to make certain that you arent wasting your efforts this Clinic will waste it with their poor communication and what seemed like blatant lies of even talking to the Dr.Very disappointed.
