Being an employee here at Luxe Haven Homes has been a great and positive turning point in my 30 odd years in the building industry. With a the many years of experience that Luxe Haven Homes brings to the table is like being part of an epic movie in the making. Truly a blessing being amongst passionate and like-minded members of an close-knit and communicative family business.The reason for my review is that , I feel if we strive to fulfill client's dreams here at Luxe Haven Homes, this must first start at the CORE. If your valued and skilled team is looked after, they in turn, will look after our the clients. I guess that speaks for itself!Luxe Haven Homes is not just about 'building' a great house ... it is being part of an amazing journey that we are honored to be involved in with our clients as they get to see their 'life-changing' investments come to fruition. We take this very personally. At the end of each and every build it is such a humbling experience to see the joy in our client's eyes and their smiles ... even long after the keys have been handed over.

Where to start! From Day one til after completion Aaron and his team were second to none.Always felt like we were their only build and nothing was too much trouble for them.Being in real estate I know alot of people building, we didn't have all the same wait times and delays that the volume builders have.We are absolutely stoked with our finish home!Wouldn't build through anyone else and looking forward to a new project in the future for investment.

Wow, where do I begin! After over a year of trying to engage a builder to build our dream home during the unprecedented COVID period we were going nowhere. From having unanswered calls, delayed and ambiguous quotes and a general lack of interest and enthusiasm from other builders we were not sure we would ever start let alone complete this dream project.A friend recommended Luxe and although they had just started out at the time, after one meeting we knew we had found our builder. Aaron, Scotty, Jo and the entire Luxe team have continuously impressed us with their level of engagement, knowledge and professionalism. Their passion for building and customer service is second to none! Aaron took the time to explain the build process to us in terms we understood having been our first build, Aaron and the team were always available to answer questions and would check in to ensure we were comfortable throughout the build process. What we loved most about the team was their solution focused approach. Not only was there no problem too big to solve, they constantly provided ideas throughout the process that improved the budget, look, and overall functionality of the home.Our forever home came in on-time and on budget, and we couldn't be happier! During these difficult economic times we have no hesitation recommending Luxe to friends and family. We hope to have the privilege of working with this amazing team again one day in the future!
