I travel often and this is the only store in Australia I’ve come across that has refused to price match a competitors price; giving the ordinary excuse that the competitor doesn’t have a store or stock in Bairnsdale. I can understand online retailers like Amazon or EBay but Big W, Target, Harvey Norman and JB-HI-FI? Utterly ridiculous! Especially considering the already highly inflated prices of the store compared to the competition.

The thing that makes this eb games stand out is the Staff. They are just great. They make you feel welcome and express genuine interest in your gaming experience. I love to just browse this store just to have a chat with the great employees.

Excellent customer service. I'm a Nan with little knowledge of Pokemon but the staff helped me pick out some Xmas gifts that my grandson was thrilled with. Will definitely shop there again for grandkids.

We usually get Matt serving us and he is SO awesome with the kids- he gives them tips and helps them with their games and suggests relevant things for them. Great customer service.

Awesome store. The guys that served us were amazing and really helped with enquiries. They let us drop off our stuff to trade in so we could get some lunch which they fixed it up for us. Definitely recommend the store.

The staff in this EB are actually exceptional. Whilst I don't know any of them personally you'd think I did whilst listening in on the conversations.They're genuinely chatty - not that How's your day but I don't really care" BS that most chain stores feed you. They'll genuinely chat about your gaming interests
